C.H.A.N. is coming back next week!
Finally after many delays the comic is ready to return and it will have some changes.
The title will now be “Anima Porter”, but the site will continue to be “chancomic.com”. The story will be roughly the same, with the same characters and some new, but the way between one plot point and the other will be different.
Consider it a remake.
And this time the story is getting a little bit darker.
The new pages will be black and white for reasons of time, but the quality will be the same and even better I hope.
The old pages from the comics “The Gem in the Shadows” and “Strangers in Forgotten Land” are still going to be readable in this website. Those will be reuploaded in the form of a regular post like this, but them will no longer be canon to the new story “Anima Porter“, although as I said before it will be similar in some aspects.
The first pages will be published on February the 5th, on this site of course, and the updates will continue ’til the end. The comic is going to be updated the same way as before, a new page every wednesday and friday.

If you are reading this then you probably came across the site by accident or you want to read the continuation of C.H.A.N. in the 2nd chapter as I promised a month ago. I’m sorry to inform that at the moment there will be no 2nd chapter.
While I was working the inks of it I realized that it had several errors (from my point of view), from both story and drawing, and I feel that this same problem is present even in the 1st chapter. As I mentioned before, this is a comic that I have been working for a long time and these specific pages are at least 5 years old. I think this webcomic can be much better and can become something that I can be proud of.
That’s why I decided to make important changes in the whole story in general and there will be no new pages in a while. When will C.H.A.N. return? I don’t know yet! But I will try to make it as soon as possible, it’s even possible that the title is changed (maybe hahaha). I do all this for the sake of the story and because I want it to be the best it can be. If anyone has any suggestions to improve the comic in general please let me know in the comments.

With the most recent update from march 29th a kind of “introduction” ends for the chapter “Strangers in Forgotten Land”, so from now on things will start to change in the story.
But, there will be no new pages this week, since time doesn’t allow it, but the comic will return with it’s normal schedule starting next week with a new page on wednesday, April 10th. Read you there!
